#3449 Cavum neuroendocrine carcinoma
Introduction: Small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the head and neck is an unusual entity, especially in the cavum, given their rarity and the lack of randomized trials. The therapeutic management of these tumors is difficult. Their prognosis remains unfavourable.

#2862 Concurrent Metastatic Pulmonary Neuroendocrine Tumor and Pituitary Macroadenoma
Introduction: The coexistence of a sellar mass in a patient with a neuroendocrine tumor, while rare, can paint the clinical picture of either a genetic syndrome, most notably multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 1(MEN1) or pituitary metastasis recently more frequent probably due to the longer survival of cancer patients.

Introduction: Several inflammatory response materials could be used for prediction of prognosis in cancer patients. The neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet lymphocyte ratio (PLR), thrombocytosis (the platelets number >400*103/mm3) have been introduced for prognostic scoring system in various cancers.

Introduction: SSAs are used to treat symptomatic functioning pNETs and to prolong progression free survival in metastatic, G1/G2, somatostatin receptor-positive pNETs. Pancreatic surgery is burdened with important morbidity and mortality, especially in patients with increased anaesthesiological risk.
