#4014 Network pharmacology reveal the mechanism of Cordycepin and neuroendocrine tumors

Introduction: Patients with advanced neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) have few treatment options and poor prognosis. Cordycepin is a natural compound originally isolated from Cor­dyceps militaris. It has the potential to treat cancer by regulating multiple cellular signaling pathways. However, its anticancer effect and pharmacological mechanism in NETs have not been clarified.

Introduction: Nanotechnology combined with photodynamic treatment (PDT) has attracted extensive attention due to the targeted treatment of specific receptors and improve the efficacy. The treatment with PDT on neuroendocrine neoplasms is not reported yet.

#3121 Prognosis of patients with rectal neuroendocrine neoplasms and liver metastasis: An analysis based on SEER database

Introduction: The onset of rectal neuroendocrine neoplasms(r-NENs) is insidious, and the prognosis is relatively good. However, the metastasis of r-NENs may also occur, and the main target organ of distant metastasis is liver. At present, there are few clinical studies on r-NENs, especially there is no consensus on the treatment of r-NENs with distant metastasis, so it is urgent to accumulate large-scale evidence-based medical evidence.
