Introduction: Patients with metastatic gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (GEP-NET) have limited therapeutic options.
Conference:
Presenting Author:
Authors: Capdevila J, Amthauer H, Ansquer C, Deshayes E, Garcia-Carbonero R,
Keywords: radiopharmaceutical therapy, neuroendocrine tumour, [177Lu]Lu-edotreotide, progression-free survival, gastroenteropancreatic,
Introduction: Diffuse idiopathic pulmonary neuroendocrine cell hyperplasia (DIPNECH) often presents with symptoms of cough and dyspnoea. DIPNECH remains understudied, and response to somatostatin analogues (SSAs) has been reported in a few small series.
Conference:
Presenting Author: Libre M
Authors: Libre M, Skotte E, Linden A, Wu J, Lippincott E,
Keywords: DIPNECH, somatostatin analogue,
Introduction: PRRT with lutetium-177 labelled somatostatin receptor (SSTR) agonists ([177Lu]Lu-DOTATATE or [177Lu]Lu-DOTATOC (177Lu-TOC) has limited response rate and durability. The SSTR antagonist [177Lu]Lu-DOTA-JR11 (177Lu-JR11) offers potentially increased tumour doses with better efficacy.
Conference:
Presenting Author: Eigler C
Authors: Eigler C, Mushaweh A, McDougall L, Bauman A, Christ E,
Keywords: Somatostatin Receptor, Neuroendocrine Tumour, DOTA-JR11, DOTA-TOC, Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy,
Introduction: Metastatic pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas (mPPGLs) are rare neuroendocrine tumours with a heterogenous phenotype and a variable treatment response. The SSTR antagonist [177Lu]Lu177Lu-DOTA-JR11 (177Lu-JR11) offers potentially increased tumour doses than standard radioligand therapy (RLT) with [177Lu]Lu-DOTA-TOC (177Lu-TOC).
Conference:
Presenting Author: Lider S
Authors: Lider Burciulescu S, Schmidt F, McDougall L, Bernhardt P, Mushaweh A,
Keywords: Metastatic PPGL, radioligand therapy, somatostatin receptor antagonist, dosimetry,
Introduction: The treatment of neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) is particularly challenging due to the limited availability of standard therapies. While personalised approaches are revolutionising many areas of oncology, their progress in the field of NENs has been comparatively slower. The integration of molecular tumour boards (MTBs) into clinical practice represents a major advance in oncology, even for rare entities such as NENs.

Keywords: Neuroendocrine neoplasm, Molecular Tumour Board, personalised medicine, precision oncology, targeted therapy,
