#3044 Efficacy of Alkylating Agent Re-challenge after Therapeutic Pause in Metastatic Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (PanNET)

Introduction: Temozolomide (TMZ) and dacarbazine (DTIC) are alkylating agents (ALK) with antitumor efficacy in metastatic PanNET. Rechallenging ALK following prior efficacy is commonly performed but has not been evaluated.

#3002 Quality of Life, Tumour Heterogeneity and Biomarker Levels in Patients with Progressive Pancreatic or Midgut Neuroendocrine Tumours: Baseline Data from CLARINET FORTE

Introduction: Lanreotide autogel (LAN) 120 mg every (q)28 days (standard regimen) improves progression-free survival vs placebo in patients with advanced, somatostatin receptor-positive (SSTR+) gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NETs).

#2004 OPALINE Study: Observational Study in a Real-World Setting of the Systemic Treatment of Progressive Unresectable or Well-Differentiated Metastatic Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (pNET)

Introduction: OPALINE Study focuses on patients with pNET. 2 targeted therapies (TT) offer new options to treat these patients: mTORi (everolimus) and a multi-targeted inhibitor (sunitinib).

#1218 Everolimus (EVE) for Advanced, Progressive Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (pNET): Final Overall Survival (OS) from a Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo (PBO)-Controlled, Multicenter Phase 3 RADIANT-3 Study

Introduction: EVE showed a significant improvement of 6.4 mo in median progression-free survival (PFS) vs PBO (HR 0.35, 95% CI 0.27-0.45; P<0.001) in patients (pts) with pNET in RADIANT-3.
