#3002 Quality of Life, Tumour Heterogeneity and Biomarker Levels in Patients with Progressive Pancreatic or Midgut Neuroendocrine Tumours: Baseline Data from CLARINET FORTE

Introduction: Lanreotide autogel (LAN) 120 mg every (q)28 days (standard regimen) improves progression-free survival vs placebo in patients with advanced, somatostatin receptor-positive (SSTR+) gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NETs).

Conference: 17th Annual ENETSConcerence (2020)

Presenting Author:

Authors: Ruszniewski P, Ćwikła J, Lombard-Bohas C, Borbath I, Shah T,

Keywords: Neuroendocrine tumours, lanreotide,

#1811 Safety and Tolerability of Lanreotide Autogel/Depot (LAN) in Patients (pts) with Neuroendocrine Tumours (NETs): Pooled Analysis of Clinical Studies

Introduction: Two randomized double-blind (DB) trials demonstrated the efficacy of LAN 120mg/4weeks vs placebo in NETs: PFS improved in metastatic non-functioning intestinal/pancreatic NETs (CLARINET); less rescue medication used for carcinoid syndrome (CS) (ELECT).

Conference: 14th Annual ENETSConcerence (2017)

Presenting Author:

Authors: Phan A, Wolin E, Fisher G, Ruszniewski P, Pavel M,

Keywords: Lanreotide, safety,

#1475 Tumor Growth Rate (TGR) as an Indicator of Antitumor Activity with Lanreotide Autogel/Depot (LAN) vs Placebo (Pbo) in Intestinal/Pancreatic NET: Post Hoc Analysis of CLARINET Data

Introduction: TGR is a novel measure of tumor growth activity that may be more precise than RECIST for evaluating response to treatment of NETs.

Conference: 13th Annual ENETSConcerence (2016)

Presenting Author: Dromain C

Authors: Caplin M, Pavel M, Ruszniewski P, Liyanage N, Massien C,

Keywords: TGR, PFS,

#1231 Neuroendocrine Tumor (NET) Patient (pt) Experience and Disease Burden: Results from the First Global NET Pt Survey - A Collaboration Between the International Neuroendocrine Cancer Alliance (INCA) and Novartis Pharmaceuticals

Introduction: Global data on impact of NETs on pts’ lives, including differences by disease location, are poorly described. We present global data on pt experience and disease burden by NET type.

Conference: 12th Annual ENETSConcerence (2015)

Presenting Author:

Authors: Ruszniewski P, Yao J, Kolarova T, Goldstein G, Sissons M,

Keywords: Symptom burden,

#1224 A Randomized Open-label Phase II Study of Everolimus Alone or in Combination with Pasireotide LAR in Advanced, Progressive Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (pNET): COOPERATE-2 Trial

Introduction: Pasireotide is a somatostatin analog (SSA) that targets somatostatin receptor subtypes 1-3 and 5. An earlier phase I study showed antitumor activity of everolimus+pasireotide LAR (EVE+PAS) in NET.

Conference: 12th Annual ENETSConcerence (2015)

Presenting Author:

Authors: Kulke M, Ruszniewski P, Van Cutsem E, Valle J, De Herder W,

Keywords: everolimus, pNET, pasireotide LAR,

Abstract Submissions in 2023

Abstract submissions for 2023 will open in September 2022!

The 20th Annual ENETS Conference in 2023 will provide the principal platform for NET researchers around the world to present their latest findings. ENETS will select the best abstracts submitted in both clinical and basic science and present these in sessions within the framework of its scientific programme.

Participants of the ENETS Conferences in 2022 can now access the abstract booklet, e-posters and videos, the poster carousel, and more via My ENETS.
