#3920 Complete and sustained response after peptide receptor radionuclide therapy in a 66-year-old Filipino male with metastatic pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor: A case report primary

Introduction: The introduction of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) to the Philippines has allowed for novel approaches in the management of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs).

Presenting Author: Chianpian C

Authors: Chianpian C, Bautista-Peñalosa P, Santos C, Bandong I,

Keywords: peptide receptor radionuclide therapy, metastatic pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor, Ga-68 DOTATATE, Lu-177 DOTATATE, Philippines,

#3417 SARS-CoV-2 vaccination site as possible pitfall on somatostatin receptor imaging

Introduction: SARS-CoV-2 (COVID19) vaccinations have shown high efficacy. Therefore, increased chances exist that patients undergoing Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) or radionuclide imaging for Neuroendocrine Tumors (NETs) may have being recently vaccinated.

#3334 Utility of midpoint imaging in patients receiving peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) for advanced progressive midgut neuroendocrine tumors (NET)

Introduction: The NETTER-1 trial formed the basis for standard practice of PRRT, consisting of 4 cycles with follow-up imaging during midtreatment and after completion to evaluate disease response. However, in clinical practice the timing of midpoint imaging varies if performed at all, and it is unclear how often it influences subsequent management.

#3270 Exploration of Ga-68 DOTA PET radiomics to predict the absorbed dose of Lu-177 DOTATATE® therapy of midgut neuroendocrine tumors

Introduction: Lu-177 DOTATATE® is a proficient systemic irradiation with heterogeneous individual consequences due to tumor burden, uptake and elimination. Current dosimetry protocols seem not accurate enough to predict efficacy or toxicity.

#3033 First-in-Korea Clinical Trial of Lu-177-DOTATATE in Patients with Inoperable, Progressive Somatostatin Receptor-Positive, Metastatic or Locally Advanced Neuroendocrine Tumor (SNU-KB-01)

Introduction: Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) based on Lu-177 DOTATATE is currently used worldwide as a treatment option for neuroendocrine tumor patients. But until now, no PRRT has been approved by the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Thus, neuroendocrine tumor patients in Korea have severely limited access to the treatment. To provide treatment opportunities, we have planned a First-in-Korea phase I clinical trial of SNU-KB-01, no-carrier added Lu-177 labeled DOTATATE.
