#4457 Primary mixed hepatocellular carcinoma-neuroendocrine carcinoma: A case report
Introduction: Mixed epithelial neoplasms (MiNENs) are characterised by the coexistence of neuroendocrine and non-neuroendocrine components within a single tumour, each discernible histologically and immunohistochemically, with a minimum tumour proportion of 30%. Primary hepatic MiNENs are exceedingly rare entities.

Introduction: Current guidelines primarily recommend endoscopic surveillance for type 1 gastric neuroendocrine tumours (g-NETs) measuring ≤10mm, though these guidelines are largely based on expert consensus rather than strong evidence.

Introduction: Robust biomarkers to aid clinical management of patients (pts) with EP-NEC are lacking. cfDNA methylation profiling has shown higher sensitivity/specificity than cfDNA genome profiling in diagnosing and classifying various cancers, including Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC).
