#3246 Baseline albumin and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio as predictive biomarkers of response to platinum-based therapy in patients with highly proliferative neuroendocrine carcinomas

Introduction: Neuroendocrine carcinomas (NECs) with ki-67/MIB1>55% show different responses to platinum-based therapy. Loss of Rb protein and KRAS mutation are markers of response, but it is unknown whether also clinical factors may have a predictive role.

#3153 Prognostic and predictive value of baseline neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio and its variations after adjuvant radiotherapy in locally advanced Merkel Cell Carcinoma (MCC)

Introduction: High baseline neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (H-NLR) ≥ 3.5 was shown to be a negative prognostic factor in solid cancers including MCC. Prognostic and predictive impact of adjuvant radiotherapy (RT)-Induced NLR variations are unknown.

#2716 Neuroendocrine Carcinoma of the Upper Urinary Tract: A Case Report

Introduction: There are no dedicated guidelines for treatment of urothelial NEC given disease rarity. An aggressive approach, including neoadjuvant cisplatin-based chemotherapy + nephroureterectomy and adjuvant platinum-based chemotherapy, is recommended.
