#2899 Using Long-Acting Somatostatin Analogue as Adjuvant Therapy for Post Resection Grade 2 Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor: Interim Results from an Ongoing Multicenter Real-World Study in China

Introduction: Surgery was the preferred treatment in patients with resectable pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (pNET), but recurrent lesion relapsed frequently within a short time. It was controversial whether patients with pNET need adjuvant therapy after surgery.

#2896 Comparative Genomic Analysis of High Grade Neuroendocrine Neoplasms across Diverse Organs

Introduction: Grade 3 neuroendocrine neoplasms (G3 NENs), if poorly differentiated, have a median survival of 10-19 months. Little is known regarding biologic differences between G3 NENs from different primary sites, most commonly GI and lung.

#2885 Ectopic Neuroendocrine Carcinoma: An Occult Source of ACTH

Introduction: About 250 cases of ectopic ACTH-producing neuroendocrine carcinoma (ACTH-NEC) have been reported; however metastatic ACTH-NEC of unknown primary is very rare. Usually are characterized by having a large cell, small cell, poorly differentiated or anaplastic cell, and Ki-67 index between 40-90%.

#2861 Targeted Next Generation Sequencing Analysis Reveals the Genetic Characteristics of Gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasmas

Introduction: there are abundant information about the clinical therapy and pathological features of gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (gNENs) but little about its genetic characteristics.

#2855 Whole Exome Sequencing Reveals the Monoclonal Origin of Gastric Mixed Adenoneuroendocrine Carcinomas

Introduction: Gastric mixed adenoneuroendocrine carcinomas (g-MANECs) are rare neoplasms consisting of adenocarcinoma and neuroendocrine neoplastic components. G-MANECs show more malignant characteristics than gastric adenocarcinomas, while molecular mechanisms underlying the co-existence of the two components remains unknown.
