Introduction: Limited therapeutic options are available for patients with advanced neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs). Cabozantinib (CBZ), a tyrosine kinase inhibitor including c-MET pathway, and Temozolomide (TMZ), an alkylating agent enhancing the anti-angiogenic effect of CBZ, are emerging as promising treatments in NENs.

#4143 Portal vein resection in pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms
Introduction: Surgery offers the only cure in borderline resectable or locally advanced neuroendocrine neoplasms of the pancreas (pNEN). Data on incidence and postresection outcome of portal vein resection (PVR) for pNEN are scarce.

Introduction: Metronomic schedule of temozolomide (mTEM) can overcome resistance induced by O6-methylguanine-DNA-methyltransferase (MGMT) and reduce toxicities being particularly suitable for unfit patients (pts). We present the first data from a non-planned interim analysis of this phase II Italian single arm multicenter study.

Introduction: Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) is a therapeutic strategy selected via a marker, somatostatin receptor (SSTRs) expression, with activity in gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP-NENs). Its role in tumor sites outside the digestive tract remains unclear.
