Introduction: Grade 2 (G2) neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) exhibit diverse behaviours ranging from indolent to aggressive malignancies. Growth Modulation Index (GMI) is the ratio between time to progression (TTP) with a line of therapy (TTPn) and that of the previous line of therapy (TTPn-1). A GMI value equal to or greater than 1,33 has been suggested as an indicator of clinical effectiveness beyond traditional metrics.

Introduction: Neuroendocrine Hyperplasia of Infancy (NEHI) is a rare disease that belongs to the group of interstitial lung disease in children; characterised by hypoxemia, tachypnoea, and respiratory distress, often misdiagnosed as reactive airway disease or bronchiolitis. The diagnosis relies on histologic evaluation. We describe the clinical presentation and paraclinical characteristics of paediatric patients with NEHI.

#4649 Claudin 18.2 overexpression in gastric neuroendocrine tumours
Introduction: Claudin 18.2, is a tissue biomarker physiologically expressed in both healthy gastric mucosa and gastric adenocarcinoma which represents a novel therapeutic target advanced gastric cancer. Various other cancers showed some overexpression of claudin 18.2 opening potential opportunities to agnostic targeted therapy. However, data about claudin 18.2 expression in NENs are poor with only an Eastern study showing higher rate of claudin 18.2 positivity in GEP-NENs, mainly from gastric primary site (27.8%).

#4637 Non-functional retroperitoneal paraganglioma in a young patient: A case report
Introduction: Paragangliomas are neuroendocrine tumours arising in the parasympathetic nervous system, outside the adrenal gland. Retroperitoneal location is extremely rare. Non-functional paragangliomas often represent a diagnostic challenge.

Introduction: Patients with GEPNENs frequently develop EPI due to surgical resection or use of somatostatin analogues (SSAs), however it is significantly underdiagnosed. Untreated EPI has significant impact on overall quality of life with patients with GEPNENs.
