Multivariate survival analyses of 544 advanced high-grade digestive neuroendocrine neoplasms (NET G3 and NEC) given first-line chemotherapy (NORDIC NEC 2)
Introduction:
Digestive high-grade neuroendocrine neoplasms (HG-NEN) are rare and consist of neuroendocrine tumours G3 (NET G3) and neuroendocrine carcinomas (NEC). They differ in clinical and molecular characteristics, response to treatment and prognosis. Limited prospective data are available on prognostic factors for survival in patients given first-line chemotherapy outside of clinical trials.

Real-world study of Surufatinib combined with hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) for high-grade neuroendocrine neoplasm
Introduction:
Current therapeutic schedules of liver metastasis-dominated extrapulmonary high-grade neuroendocrine neoplasm (HG-NEN) have limited clinical benefits and liver metastasis progression is the main cause of death. Surufatinib (SUR, a selective VEGFRs, FGFR1 and CSF-1R inhibitor) showed promising antitumor activity in neuroendocrine neoplasm.

Introduction:
Surgery is the principal treatment for loco-regional gastroenteropancreatic (GEP) neuroendocrine tumors (NET). However, whether surgery is beneficial in high-grade neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN) and mixed neuroendocrine-non neuroendocrine neoplasms (MiNEN) is not known.
