Introduction: The molecular landscape of lung neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) is still poorly characterised. Lung NETs main prognostic factors currently include stage, histotype, grade, location, and demographic parameters, but molecular biomarkers are still not available, limiting the possibility for personalised therapeutic strategies.

#4605 Primary mammary neuroendocrine tumour: A case report and literature review

Introduction: Primary neuroendocrine carcinomas of the breast are rare, accounting for only 2 to 5% of all breast cancers. These tumours have recently been included in the latest WHO classification of breast tumours. The diagnosis can be challenging due to its uncommon presentation and overlap with other breast pathologies.

#4601 Pembrolizumab combined with cisplatin or carboplatin and etoposide in treatment naïve advanced Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC): The phase II PANDORA Trial

Introduction: MCC is a rare and aggressive skin neuroendocrine tumour with high metastatic potential and mortality. Therapeutic options in metastatic/unresectable MCC are based on immunotherapy or platinum-based chemotherapy. However, a subgroup of patients (pts) has primary immunoresistance disease, so it would be important discover active upfront combinations. PANDORA trial [NCT 06086288] is an open-label, multicentre, single-arm phase II trial evaluating the activity and safety of pembrolizumab (PEM) combined with platinum-based chemotherapy as 1st line treatment in pts with metastatic, unresectable or recurrence MCC. #4449 Treatment of MiNEN with peptide receptor radionuclide therapy

Introduction: Mixed non-neuroendocrine and neuroendocrine neoplasms (MiNENs) of gastrointestinal tract are rare tumours with characteristic histological features include at least 30% of both neuroendocrine and non-neuroendocrine components of the whole neoplasm. They are usually treated with surgical resection and chemotherapy in advanced disease. However, there is scarcity of data for the use of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) in these tumours.
