#4449 Treatment of MiNEN with peptide receptor radionuclide therapy

Introduction: Mixed non-neuroendocrine and neuroendocrine neoplasms (MiNENs) of gastrointestinal tract are rare tumours with characteristic histological features include at least 30% of both neuroendocrine and non-neuroendocrine components of the whole neoplasm. They are usually treated with surgical resection and chemotherapy in advanced disease. However, there is scarcity of data for the use of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) in these tumours.

#4446 Uncommon ophthalmic presentation of a small bowel neuroendocrine tumour: Case report

Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumours (NETs), including carcinoid tumours, are slow-growing neoplasms commonly originating in the gastrointestinal tract or bronchus, but they can also arise in other sites. Due to their indolent nature, the majority of NETs are diagnosed at an advanced stage, typically to the lymph nodes, liver, or bones.

#4189 Pit and pitfalls of tumor mutational burden assessment in well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors: Two case reports from University of Verona

Introduction: The hypermutated phenotype is used as a predictive parameter for immune-checkpoint inhibitors (ICI). However, the relationship between high TMB, the underlying mutational drivers and response to ICI is still unclear.

#4024 Management of unresectable insulinoma using cloud-based continuous glucose monitoring: A case report

Introduction: Insulinomas are a rare type of functioning neuroendocrine tumors. Once diagnosed, maintaining normal glycaemic control can be difficult to achieve. Continuous or flash glucose monitoring are now routinely used in the management of type 1 diabetes.

#3157 Bronchial neuroendocrine tumor

Introduction: Typical (CT) and atypical (CA) carcinoids are rare tumors that account for 1-2% of all primary bronchial tumors. They are malignant tumors because of their local aggressiveness and metastatic potential.
