#3922 National registry of pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas in the Colombian territory: Epidemiological insights and clinical profiles

Introduction: Limited epidemiological data exist concerning pheochromocytomas and sympathetic paragangliomas (PPGL) in Latin America, resulting in a reliance on small cohorts and case reports that may not accurately represent the true behavior of these tumors in the population.

#3719 Outcomes of surgical treatment for small bowel neuroendocrine neoplasms – The first preliminary results of the international study group for small bowel neuroendocrine neoplasm surgery registry

Introduction: Evidence for surgical treatment of small bowel neuroendocrine neoplasms (SB-NEN) often originates from single center studies. This is the first project of international study group for small bowel neuroendocrine neoplasm surgery, aiming to build and an observational registry to facilitate future research projects and randomized clinical trials.

#3569 Outcomes of Streptozotocin (STZ)-based chemotherapy (CT) in patients with advanced pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs): Data from the Spanish Taskforce of Neuroendocrine and Endocrine Tumors (GETNE) national registry (R-GETNE)

Introduction: STZ-based CT has been used for advanced pNETs with rapid growth, high tumor load or progression to somatostatin analogues (SSA). Evidence supporting use of STZ-based CT in pNET is mainly retrospective, and there is an unmet need of prospective trials in this setting. We present data from the R-GETNE regarding the use of STZ in spanish centers.

#3272 Carcinoid heart disease in Chilean NET patients with malignant carcinoid syndrome: Long-term cohort from a developing country

Introduction: Carcinoid heart disease (CHD) is an important cause of morbidity in patients with Neuroendocrine Tumors (NET) and could be associated with poorer prognosis. There is scarce data about CHD in low and middle-income countries, and its impact has not been studied in Latin American patients.
