#3778 Biological behaviour and response to treatment of neuroendocrine ovarian metastases
Introduction: Neuroendocrine ovarian metastases (NOM) predominantly derive from midgut neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) and develop in about 25% of female patients. Little is known of the treatment response of NOM.

#3375 Neuroendocrine tumors associated with ovarian teratoma – One centre experience
Introduction: Ovarian teratomas are frequent gynaecological finding in contrary to ovarian NETs which comprise only 0.1% of all ovarian neoplasms. In contrast to other gynaecological organs like cervix, endometrium vagina or vulva in which the common type of NENs is NECs, in case of ovarian carcinoid the prognosis remains good.

Introduction: Mature cystic teratoma (MCT) is the most common type of germ cell tumor in the ovary. A malignant tumor that arises in a pre-existing mature teratoma is called teratoma with malignant transformation (TMT).
