#4555 Assessment of gastric mucosa conditions changes in patients with gastric neuroendocrine neoplasia type 1 during gastroprotective therapy

Introduction: Currently, the incidence of gastric neuroendocrine neoplasia (gNEN) has increased significantly. Most gNEN are developed on the background of chronic atrophic gastritis (about 90%). Despite this, the role of chronic atrophic gastritis treatment (gastroprotective therapy) in dynamic of gNEN remains unexplored.

#4462 Clustering of gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP-NEN) using machine learning (ML) and comparison with tumour, node, metastasis (TNM) staging: A population-based study using surveillance, epidemiology, and end results (SEER)

Introduction: TNM 8 is the staging system for GEP-NEN, guiding prognosis and treatment. However, it does not include important prognostic factors such as age, sex, race, and morphology.

#4154 Gastric mucosa conditions during atrophic gastritis and gastric neuroendocrine neoplasia type 1 (gNEN 1)

Introduction: Worldwide frequency of neuroendocrine tumors increased, which is associated with improved approaches to the diagnosis of chronic diseases of the upper digestive tract. Management of these neoplasms in real clinical practice can be difficult.

#3944 Compare the optimal TNM staging of resectable functional and non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors

Introduction: At present, the European Neuroendocrine Tumor Society (ENETS) and the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) are two main tumor TNM staging systems. However, the ENETS and AJCC TNM staging systems are different in some aspects when applied to p-NETs.

#3109 Trends of incidence and prognosis of thymic neuroendocrine neoplasms - A survival analysis on 320 patients

Introduction: Thymic NENs (TNENs) accounting for only 0.4% of NENs and 3.5 - 4.3% of anterior mediastinal tumors and are more aggressive than their pulmonary and abdominal counterparts. There is no ENETS guidelines for TNENs currently. Previous studies focused on treatment and outcomes were unsatisfactory.
