Introduction: Appendiceal GCAs (previously Goblet Cell Carcinoids) have variable behaviour. Systemic chemotherapy (Chemo) is often extrapolated from colon cancer. KRAS mutations (KRAS-mut) are rare and more often present in Tang-C/high grade. The role of anti-EGFR antibodies (MoAb) is unknown.

#1590 Treatment of Metastatic Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors: Relevance of ENETS 2016 Guidelines
Introduction: The choice of first-line treatment of metastatic pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (mP-NET) is mainly based on prognostic factors. ENETS-2016 guidelines proposed treatments according to 3 groups: Group-1, patients in whom all lesions could be removed; Group-2, patients with Ki6710% or significant tumor burden or progressive disease, for whom a systemic chemotherapy is proposed

Introduction: The international phase 3 CLARINET study showed that treatment with the somatostatin analog (SSA) lanreotide was associated with significantly prolonged PFS vs PBO in GEP-NETs, leading to a new indication approved in more than 35 countries. Like GEP-NETs, lung NETs express somatostatin receptors.

Introduction: VIPoma is a rare neuroendocrine tumor (NET) with a high potential to develop hepatic metastases and poor prognosis. The primitive tumor is non-symptomatic and usually localized within the pancreas. Liver metastasis drove the prognosis and induced profuse watery diarrhea or renal failure.
