Introduction: TRAIL is a member of TNF family and appears in membrane and soluble (s) forms. It acts either triggering (R1 and R2) or blocking (R3 and R4) apoptosis. TRAIL targeted therapy is widely studied and known as potentially effective in number of neoplasms.

#4649 Claudin 18.2 overexpression in gastric neuroendocrine tumours
Introduction: Claudin 18.2, is a tissue biomarker physiologically expressed in both healthy gastric mucosa and gastric adenocarcinoma which represents a novel therapeutic target advanced gastric cancer. Various other cancers showed some overexpression of claudin 18.2 opening potential opportunities to agnostic targeted therapy. However, data about claudin 18.2 expression in NENs are poor with only an Eastern study showing higher rate of claudin 18.2 positivity in GEP-NENs, mainly from gastric primary site (27.8%).

Introduction: Genomic alterations resulting in homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) occur in a variety of cancers including neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN). HRD-positive tumours are sensitive to PARP inhibitors such as olaparib. The DNA minor groove binder trabectedin leads to DNA double strand breaks and PARP activation. The combination of Trabectedin + Olaparib (TrO) may therefore have synergistic effects in HRD-positive tumours.

Introduction: The treatment of neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) is particularly challenging due to the limited availability of standard therapies. While personalised approaches are revolutionising many areas of oncology, their progress in the field of NENs has been comparatively slower. The integration of molecular tumour boards (MTBs) into clinical practice represents a major advance in oncology, even for rare entities such as NENs.

#4497 Complex management of a long-term gastrinoma survivor with multimodal treatment approaches
Introduction: The prognosis of pancreatic gastrinomas is influenced by tumour burden, extent of metastasis, and treatment response, with 5-year survival rates ranging from 20% to 40%. Treatment for well-differentiated tumours typically include locoregional therapies, long-acting somatostatin analogues, molecular targeted agents, radionuclides, and chemotherapy.
