#3385 Review of appendiceal neuroendocrine neoplasms and pathological features that influence decision for oncological right hemicolectomy

Introduction: Appendiceal neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN) are typically an incidental finding with 80% diagnosed post-appendectomy in the setting of acute appendicitis. While ENETS recommends that patients with appendiceal NEN >2cm undergo right hemicolectomy (RH) there is uncertainty in how to manage those measuring 1-2cm.
