Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors account for 2-3% of all pancreatic neoplasms.

Aim(s): To investigate prognostic factors and survival in patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors at a tertiary referral center.

Materials and methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 114 patients diagnosed with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors from 1982 through 2010.
