#4659 Current role of systemic lanreotide therapy of patients with advanced, unresectable, non-metastatic paraganglioma / pheochromocytoma (PPGL) sporadic and hereditary

Introduction: Retrospective, performed in prospective manner single-arm, open-label, case series study to assess the efficacy of lanreotide in patients with unresectable, non-metastatic paraganglioma / pheochromocytoma (PPGL) spontaneous or germline mutations.

#4607 BH3-mimetic drugs elicit cell death of neuroendocrine tumours in preclinical models – An emerging therapeutic strategy for NETs

Introduction: There is an unmet clinical need to identify new, effective therapies for patients with neuroendocrine tumours (NETs). Analysis of single-cell expression data revealed that NETs express high levels of the Bcl2 family of antiapoptotic proteins. Therefore, we hypothesised that proapoptotic drugs, such as BH3-mimetics, can induce programmed cell death, i.e., apoptosis, of neuroendocrine cancer cells.

#4589 Clinical efficacy of RLT to assess OS and PFS using 177Lu DOTATATE, 90Y DOTATATE, and a mixture of both in patients with advanced, unresectable, progressive rectal NET – A retrospective analysis

Introduction: Retrospective, single-arm, open-label, case series study evaluating the efficacy of different types of radioligand therapy (RLT): 177Lu, 90Y DOTATATE, or mix of both used in advanced, unresectable progressive rectal NETG1/G2.

#4545 Analysis of the mutational landscape of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours before and after temozolomide treatment

Introduction: Temozolomide (TMZ) is an alkylating agent and standard treatment for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (pNET). Resistance to TMZ may be acquired through inactivation of the mismatch repair system, leading to high tumour mutation burden (hTMB).

Keywords: neuroendocrine, next generation sequencing, temozolomide, hypermutation, tumour mutational burden,

#4507 Biliary complications for metastatic patients with neuroendocrine tumours of the pancreatic head and their influence on survival: Is it necessary to change the current management?

Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumours of the pancreatic head (NETPH) can be associated with local complications. At the metastatic stage, surgery of the primary tumour (PT) is not a standard of care. But the biliary complications (BC) due to the untreated NETPH may complicate the management and deteriorate the prognosis.
