Introduction: Meckel’s diverticulum is a rare finding in adults but can harbour malignancies such as leiomyosarcoma or neuroendocrine tumours (NET). The clinical presentation and tumour characteristics, including grading, have shown high variability in recent studies for NET.

#4629 Identification of putative master regulators in pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours using gene expression data and network inference

Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (pNETs) are a heterogenous group of pancreatic malignancies with a unique biology and pathophysiology. Tumour grade and extension are commonly used for prognostic determination. Current pathologic grading system needs regular updates to refine prognostic classification. Genomic screening may provide more objective classes and reflect tumour biology.

These tumours have recently been included in the latest WHO classification of breast tumours. Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) are a group of cancers that can be difficult to distinguish from other malignancies in CT imaging. Their diverse appearance often leads to diagnostic challenges, requiring advanced techniques to improve classification accuracy. Pretrained Vision Transformers (ViTs) have shown promise in medical image analysis, but additional methods are needed to enhance model robustness, particularly when dealing with complex and heterogeneous tumour characteristics.
