#3822 68Ga-DOTA peptides PET/CT radiomics in differentiation between pancreatic NET from physiologic uncinate process uptake

Introduction: 68Ga-DOTA peptides PET/CT (PET/CT) is the gold standard for neuroendocrine tumors detection (NET), which are often localized in the pancreas. Physiological uptake of pancreatic uncinate process (UP) is a known false positive site in almost of patients.

#3489 Texture analysis of liver NET liver metastases on Ga-68 DOTATATE PET candidate to PRRT: Non-invasive histological and prognostic stratification

Introduction: Liver metastases (LM) from well-differentiated (G1/2) neuro-endocrine tumor (NET) can be managed by peptide-receptor radiotherapy (PRRT). Grading determination requires a biopsy; however, biological features can be heterogenous across metastases. Moreover, time-to-progression (TTP) after PRRT can be widely variable.

#3140 Prognostic value of whole-body PET volumetric parameters extracted from 68Ga-DOTATOC PET/CT in well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors

Introduction: Functional imaging could have a key role as prognostic biomarker in well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors (WD-NETs).

#3119 Artificial intelligence applications in 68Ga-DOTA PET/CT images: Prediction of response assessment in GEP-NETs undergoing PRRT with 177Lu-DOTATOC

Introduction: Radiomics aims at identifying features contained in biomedical images, analysing them in various scenarios such as the patients' outcome prediction.

#3112 Response prediction to PRRT in progressing and metastatic GEP-NET undergoing restaging 68Ga-DOTA PET/CT: A preliminary multicenter radiomics study

Introduction: Radiomics aims to identify quantitative features from biomedical images, such as PET, also to improve the prediction of patient outcome.
