#4323 The value of 68Ga-Exendin-4 PET/CT for benign and metastatic insulinoma

Introduction: Insulinoma is the most common functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour which is difficult to locate by conventional imaging. 68Ga-exendin-4 PET/CT is a promising technique for detecting benign insulinomas but is not definite for metastatic insulinomas.

#4142 Metastatic insulinoma – A clinical conundrum

Introduction: We present a case series of metastatic insulinoma from a single tertiary referral centre, highlighting heterogeneity in presentations, management, and multimodal therapy.

#4024 Management of unresectable insulinoma using cloud-based continuous glucose monitoring: A case report

Introduction: Insulinomas are a rare type of functioning neuroendocrine tumors. Once diagnosed, maintaining normal glycaemic control can be difficult to achieve. Continuous or flash glucose monitoring are now routinely used in the management of type 1 diabetes.

#4022 Immediate and sustained response of hypoglycaemia to Streptozotocin-based chemotherapy in metastatic Insulinoma: A case report

Introduction: Hypoglycaemia due to insulin production from insulinomas can be challenging to manage. The evidence base for systemic treatment selection is small.

#3698 PRRT for control of hypoglycaemia and disease progression due to metastatic insulinoma

Introduction: Management of metastatic insulinoma (MI) presents dual management challenges of hypoglycaemia (hypo) and progressive oncologic disease. Case reports describe remarkable responses to PRRT but limited follow-up (FU).
