#3891 Exceptional response to Everolimus in a pancreatic NET G3 (pNET) – How NGS can help in treatment choice

Introduction: Exceptional Responders are defined as patients who achieve complete (CR) or partial response (PR) for at least 6 months to a treatment with population PR or CR rate less than 10%, or patients with CR or PR lasting more than three times the median duration of response.

#3860 NGS data collection in high-grade (HG) pancreatic NENs at University Hospital of Verona

Introduction: Molecular data for G3 pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (pNEN) are limited. G3 category includes well-differentiated NET G3 and NEC. The biology and clinical behaviour of NET G3 are different from NEC.

#3828 Role of endoscopic resection margin (R1) in the clinical outcome of patients with neuroendocrine neoplasia

Introduction: Endoscopic resection margin R1 (ER1) describes neoplasia presence at lateral and/or deep margin. Highest rate of R1 resection occurs in duodenal NENs (d-NENs) where advanced resection techniques [endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD); full thickness resection (EFTR)], are more difficult to apply. In gastric (g-NENs) and rectal NENs (r-NENs), due to favourable anatomy, ESD or EFTR obtain lower rates of R1 resection.
