#3014 The Number of Positive Nodes Accurately Predicts Recurrence after Distal Pancreatectomy for Nonfunctioning Neuroendocrine Neoplasms

Introduction: The most appropriate staging system of metastatic lymph nodes (N) for resected pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PanNETs) remains unclear, especially regarding those resected by distal pancreatectomy (DP).

#2934 Vasostatin-1 Predicts Recurrence in Patients Submitted to Surgery for Nonfunctioning Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (NF-PanNET)

Introduction: An association between preoperative Vasostatin-1 (VS-1) plasma level and pathological features of aggressiveness was previously reported in patients with surgically resected nonfunctioning (NF) PanNET.

#2856 Pattern of Disease Recurrence and Treatment after Radical Surgery for Nonfunctioning Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (NF-PanNET)

Introduction: The risk of recurrence after radical surgery performed for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PanNET) is reported between 10 and 30%. Nowadays, no adjuvant therapy is recommended for these patients and specific treatments are offered only when recurrence occurs. Nevertheless, among the available systemic and locoregional treatments, there are no specific recommendations on which the best option could be for treating recurrent disease.

#2684 Tumour-Infiltrating Neutrophils Predict Poor Survival of Non-Functional Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumour Patients after Curative Resection

Introduction: Non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NF-PanNETs) are steadily increasing in prevalence and present several clinical challenges.

#2200 Tumor Size Correlates with Grading in Nonfunctioning Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors and Is Not Age-Dependent

Introduction: Tumor growth and Ki67 value increase are associated with aggressiveness in nonfunctioning pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NF-PanNET), but their natural history is largely unknown. It is unknown if the evolution of NF-PanNET is time-dependant.
