#4620 Impact of the extent of surgical resection on the development of post-operative diabetes in patients undergoing distal pancreatectomy for non-functioning pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NF-PanNET)

Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (PanNETs) are often indolent neoplasms. Surgery is the primary curative approach for localised non-functioning (NF) PanNETs, but it poses a risk of long-term complications, such as diabetes, impacting quality of life.

#4379 Fully automated segmentation and lymph node metastasis prediction of non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours using deep learning

Introduction: Lymph node status is an important factor for the patients with NF-PanNETs with respect to surgical methods, prognosis, and recurrence. Our model serves as a non-invasive tool that supports clinical decision-making for precision surgical treatment in patients with NF-PanNETs.
