#4371 Clinical management of oesophageal NEC: A popular based study

Introduction: The clinical research of neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) in oesophagus are limited.

Conference:

Presenting Author:

Authors: Cai W, Zhang J, Ge W, Hu H,

Keywords: neuroendocrine carcinoma, oesophagus, clinical practice, survival,

#4244 Cell-free DNA (cfDNA) methylation profiling for minimally invasive cancer detection in patients with Extra-Pulmonary NeuroEndocrine Carcinoma (EP-NEC)

Introduction: Robust biomarkers to aid clinical management of patients (pts) with EP-NEC are lacking. cfDNA methylation profiling has shown higher sensitivity/specificity than cfDNA genome profiling in diagnosing and classifying various cancers, including Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC).

Conference:

Presenting Author: Frizziero M

Authors: Frizziero M, Pearce S, Clipson A, Rothwe D, Mouliere F,

Keywords: Extra-Pulmonary NeuroEndocrine Carcinoma, cfDNA, methylation profililing, biomarker,

#4080 Synchronous case of advanced gastric Her-2 + adenocarcinoma and metastatic neuroendocrine neoplasm of unknown origin – A MiNEN case?

Introduction: Gastric adenocarcinoma case treated with capecitabine and trastuzumab. After surgery, a G2 neuroendocrine tumor was found.

Conference:

Presenting Author:

Authors: Jimenez Gordo A, Gomez Raposo C, Garcia-Sancho Tellez L, Salinas Moreno S, Madrid Vallenilla A,

Keywords: MiNEN, clonal selection, citostatic treatment,

#3832 Mutational profiling of pNETs and pNECs indicates implication of chromatin epigenetic modification

Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (pNENs) are classified as carcinomas (pNECs), and tumors (pNETs). Their handling is challenging and understanding their carcinogenesis process including genetic-epigenetic relations is crucial for their clinical management.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Angelioudaki I

Authors: Angelioudaki I, Koniaris E, Kataki A, Loukas Y, Thodi G,

Keywords: Neuroendocrine Tumor, Neuroendocrine Carcinoma, Pancreas, Next Generation Sequencing, Epigenetics,

#3783 Impact on clinical management of a novel blood-derived liquid biopsy (NETest) in patients with neuroendocrine tumors

Introduction: Despite progresses in NET management, there are persisting challenges regarding initial diagnosis, treatment response assessment and disease follow-up.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Chirindel A

Authors: Chirindel A, de Dosso S, Wild D, Siebenhüner A, Voegeli M,

Keywords: transcriptomics, biomarker, NETest, clinical management, NET,
