#4521 [18F]FDG (FDG) PET/CT metrics as prognostic biomarkers in the AGITG NABNEC trial
Introduction: NABNEC was a prospective phase II trial investigating carboplatin/nab-paclitaxel in patients with advanced Grade 3 NENs (NCT02215447).

Introduction: STZ-based CT has been used for advanced pNETs with rapid growth, high tumor load or progression to somatostatin analogues (SSA). Evidence supporting use of STZ-based CT in pNET is mainly retrospective, and there is an unmet need of prospective trials in this setting. We present data from the R-GETNE regarding the use of STZ in spanish centers.

Introduction: 177Lu-PRRT became an established therapeutic modality in inoperable or metastatic NETs, demonstrating substantial survival benefits and reassuring safety profile. Dosimetry of Organs-At-Risk [OAR, kidneys, bone marrow (BM) and spleen] and malignant lesions ensures to further optimize its safety and efficacy.

Introduction: Second-line treatment for neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) have been investigated in prospective trials, with only few prospective trials ongoing. Therefore, there is no consensus on the second-line regimen to use in patients with progressive NEC. These patients have generally a poor performance status (PS) and the tolerance to combination therapy is low. Metronomic temozolomide showed, in retrospective trials, a good safety and efficacy profile.

Introduction: To date no systematic prospective trials have been carried out to evaluate safety and efficacy of unconventional doses of somatostatin analogs (SSAs) in neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). However, dose escalation of SSAs is a common strategy.
