#4662 A novel hormone based anti-SSTR anti-CD3 T-cell engager for the treatment of neuroendocrine tumours

Introduction: Somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2) is overexpressed in well-differentiated NETs.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Pelle E

Authors: Pelle E, Cives M, Chaoul N, d'Angelo G, Medina E,

Keywords: T-cell engager, immunotherapy, tumouroids,

#4618 The exceptionally rare phenomenon of well-differentiated colon neuroendocrine tumours

Introduction: Colonic neuroendocrine tumours (NETs), excluding rectal NETs, are often described as relatively common and aggressive, with inferior median survival compared to other gastrointestinal (GI) primary sites. However, epidemiological databases may conflate well-differentiated NETs with poorly differentiated NECs, leading to unclear data on prevalence, clinical behaviour, and prognosis of well-differentiated colonic NETs.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Al-Toubah T

Authors: Al-Toubah T, Strosberg J,

Keywords: colon, neuroendocrine tumour, caecum, sigmoid, neuroendocrine neoplasm,

#4449 Treatment of MiNEN with peptide receptor radionuclide therapy

Introduction: Mixed non-neuroendocrine and neuroendocrine neoplasms (MiNENs) of gastrointestinal tract are rare tumours with characteristic histological features include at least 30% of both neuroendocrine and non-neuroendocrine components of the whole neoplasm. They are usually treated with surgical resection and chemotherapy in advanced disease. However, there is scarcity of data for the use of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) in these tumours.

Keywords: MiNEN, PRRT, DOTATATE,

#4156 Status of the ongoing SORENTO clinical trial: Assessing efficacy and safety of high-exposure octreotide subcutaneous depot in patients with GEP-NET

Introduction: Somatostatin receptor ligands (SRLs) are first-line standard of care therapies for gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NET). Retrospective data suggest higher-dose SRLs may benefit patients with GEP-NET.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Singh S

Authors: Singh S, Capdevila J, Ang Chan J, de Herder W, Grozinsky-Glasberg S,

Keywords: CAM2029, GEP-NET, high plasma exposure, octreotide, randomised active-controlled, somatostatin receptor ligands, SORENTO,

#4076 Machine learning model: Predicting prognosis in neuroendocrine tumors

Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) have a heterogeneous clinical course. Even with similar Ki-67 proliferative index/morphology, the course varies in patients with similar pathological characterization.
