#4120 Diffuse idiopathic pulmonary neuroendocrine cell hyperplasia (DIPNECH): An international case series

Introduction: Diffuse Idiopathic Pulmonary Neuroendocrine Cell Hyperplasia (DIPNECH) is a rare disorder that is characterized by diffuse hyperplasia of bronchiolar and bronchial pulmonary neuroendocrine cells. The precise incidence and prevalence is unknown and the clinical course is not fully understood.

#3893 Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor associated hypophosphatemia due to tumor-induced osteomalacia – A case report

Introduction: Tumor-induced osteomalacia (TIO) is a rare syndrome characterised by hypophosphataemia and osteomalacia with renal phosphate wasting caused by elevated levels of fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23) in the setting of tumor. The primary tumor is typically found in bone or soft tissue.

#3825 Ga-68 DOTA-TOC PET/CT uptake by the parathyroid glands in patients with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN1)

Introduction: Primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) is the most common manifestation of MEN1. While Ga-68 DOTA-TOC PET/CT (GaPET) is increasingly used in this cohort for assessment of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), there are limited data on its utility in assessing parathyroid disease.

#3560 Nutritional status in patients with neuroendocrine tumors: A single ENETS Centre of Excellence experience

Introduction: Studies show that 14–68% of patients with neuroendocrine tumors (NETS) are at risk of or are malnourished. Patients’ dependent on NET type, primary or treatment are at risk of Vitamin B12, A, D E, iron deficiencies, pancreatic enzyme insufficiency (PEI) and a high HbA1c.

Introduction: Neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) of the biliary tract are rare. They represent approximately 2% of all NENs. They can arise from the gallbladder, extra-hepatic biliary tract (EHBD) and ampulla of Vater (AoV).
