#2825 Interest of PET-MRI in the Management of GIT NETs

Introduction: Assessment of GIT NET requires different imaging exams including CT, MRI, Scintigraphy. The hybrid PET-CT machine impacted the management of TNEs. The whole body PET-MRI version is available but poorly evaluated.

#2032 Current Educational Strategies Used by Nurses Caring for NET Patients: Electronic Survey across 25 Countries

Introduction: The ENETS Nurse Group performed a short pilot survey in 2015 to locate nurses who take care of NET patients and to explore NET nurse education needs. The results of this survey were used to design a more detailed electronic survey.

#1799 Pilot Electronic Survey to Locate Nurses Caring for NET Patients in Europe.

Introduction: There is an assumed variance in the roles nurses have in looking after NET patients, and the different levels of knowledge.

#927 Laparoscopic Antrectomy: A Safe and Definitive Treatment in Managing Type 1 Gastric Carcinoids

Introduction: Various type 1 gastric carcinoid (T1GC) treatments exist, including esophagastroduodenoscopy (EGD) observation, polypectomy, and antrectomy, but studies comparing treatment outcomes have been limited.

#773 Thymosin β4 as Putative Marker in Neuroendocrine Tumors

Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumors (NETS) arise from the diffuse endocrine system which produce biogenic amines and peptides that could be potential biomarker. We previously analysed proteomes secreted by NET cell lines and identified mac2BP as a putative marker which was also elevated in patients compared to healthy controls.
