#2975 Next Generation Sequencing of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors in Russian Cohort

Introduction: The appearance of next generation sequencing (NGS), - a powerful high-performance method, allowed accumulation of a large amount of information concerning genetic and epigenetic patterns, however, the problem of matching clinical, histological picture with genetic structure in pNETs remains open.

Conference: 17th Annual ENETSConcerence (2020)

Presenting Author: Trifanov V

Authors: Trifanov V, Kit O, Timoshkina N, Gvaldin D, Karnauhov N,

Keywords: Next generation sequencing, pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors,

#2951 Analysis of Discordance between Biopsy Grade and Surgical Pathology Grade in Resected PanNEN Patients

Introduction: In PanNEN cases, treatment strategies are decided by tumor localization, volume and grade. In unresectable or metastatic cases, tumor grade is determined by biopsy specimen obtained from EUS-FNA and diagnostic accuracy of biopsy according to WHO classification 2017 is important for decision making of treatment.

#2203 A Case of Rectal Abscess Emerged Immediately after Starting Chemotherapy with Everolimus and Required Surgical Drainage

Introduction: Everolimus is widely used for unresectable panNET. For its efficacy as an immunosuppressant, infectious adverse events are well-known.

#2130 Remote Tracking of Symptoms, QoL and Wellbeing within the New Wales NET Service

Introduction: Patients with NETs have worse health-related quality of life (HRQoL) than the general population. Technological advances have significantly increased electronic patient-reported outcome (ePRO) data collection capabilities. There is little longitudinal PRO/ePRO data and limited data on gastrointestinal symptoms, particularly ‘diarrhoea’, in NET patients.

#2089 Study to Evaluate the Optimal Dose of 68Ga-OPS202 as a PET Imaging Agent in Patients with GEP-NETs

Introduction: The majority of patients diagnosed with gastroenteropancreatic (GEP)-NETs present metastases expressing somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2). The 68Gallium-labelled SSTR2 antagonist 68Ga-OPS202 has shown improved diagnostic performance as a PET imaging agent compared with the SSTR2 agonist 68Ga-DOTA-TOC in a single-centre study.
