Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) accounts for 2% of pancreatic tumours and their management is challenging. Surgery is the most radical treatment, but for small lesions, parenchyma sparing techniques are also used.

#4628 Triple negative breast neuroendocrine carcinoma in older patient: A rare entity

Introduction: Neuroendocrine breast carcinoma is a rare histological form of breast cancer, that represent 0.1% of all breast cancers and is recognised by the World Health Organization as a distinct entity. Characterised by a non-specific clinical and radiological presentation. Therapeutic management is not codified and is usually superimposed on that of classical breast cancer.
