Introduction: Mixed adenoneuroendocrine carcinoma (MANEC) is a rare neoplasm characterised by the coexistence of both adenocarcinoma and neuroendocrine carcinoma components. Due to its rarity, limited data exist regarding its clinical presentation, treatment strategies, and outcomes. This study provides an analysis of MANEC cases from a single centre, providing insights into its clinical features, diagnostic challenges, treatment strategies, and prognosis.

Introduction: RTL targeted somatostatin receptors is increasingly available. Individual dosimetry performed during RLT of NET may enable to achieve better results of therapy with maintaining its safety.

#4457 Primary mixed hepatocellular carcinoma-neuroendocrine carcinoma: A case report
Introduction: Mixed epithelial neoplasms (MiNENs) are characterised by the coexistence of neuroendocrine and non-neuroendocrine components within a single tumour, each discernible histologically and immunohistochemically, with a minimum tumour proportion of 30%. Primary hepatic MiNENs are exceedingly rare entities.

#4449 Treatment of MiNEN with peptide receptor radionuclide therapy
Introduction: Mixed non-neuroendocrine and neuroendocrine neoplasms (MiNENs) of gastrointestinal tract are rare tumours with characteristic histological features include at least 30% of both neuroendocrine and non-neuroendocrine components of the whole neoplasm. They are usually treated with surgical resection and chemotherapy in advanced disease. However, there is scarcity of data for the use of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) in these tumours.

Introduction: Two cases of mixed neuroendocrine tumour - gastric adenocarcinoma were found in patients with autoimmune atrophic gastritis. Both components expressed synaptophysin, initially suggesting a neuroendocrine tumour diagnosis. However, further examination confirmed the presence of gastric adenocarcinoma of fundic gland type.
