Introduction: Delays to diagnosis in neuroendocrine neoplasms is a world-wide problem. Challenges and inequities recognised include low awareness and access to expert centres. Indices of multiple deprivation (IMD) assess the least to the most deprived areas in the UK, 1 being the most deprived of the 10 deciles.

Introduction: Future improvements in NETs therapy depend on treatments tailored to tumor cell characteristics, microenvironment and inflammatory status. We recently reported selective downregulation of microRNAs (miRs) -29 and -223 in serum of NET patients, suggesting a possible role in NET disease.

#3159 Wearables in metastatic gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (NETFIT)
Introduction: Patients diagnosed of an advanced neuroendocrine tumor (NET) are frequently deteriorating their quality of life due to tumor volume and growth, hormone-release related symptoms and treatment toxicity. Changes on lifestyle (exercise, nutrition and quality of sleep) of patients with solid tumors have been shown to improve treatment compliance, tolerability, as well as in quality of life. However, patients with NETs have not been included in those studies.
