Introduction: Due to the complexity of neuroendocrine neoplasm (NEN) management, a multidisciplinary approach is strongly encouraged. At our institution, tertiary care center, a NEN Team was established in January 2021.

#3890 Intracardiac metastasis in well-differentiated ileal neuroendocrine tumor
Introduction: About 60% of well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors are diagnosed with metastatic disease, above all with liver involvement. The incidence of myocardial metastasis in patients with metastatic neuroendocrine tumor is less than 4%. These are mostly asymptomatic metastasis, so the diagnosis is often incidental.

Introduction: Since the first cases during the month of December 2019, coronavirus disease (COVID-19) evolved into a worldwide emergency. At the Humanitas Cancer Center, we have been operating at the epicenter of the European outbreak since the end of February, when the first Italian case was registered. Our government imposed a general lockdown from March to June in order to limit the spread of the infection across the population.
