Introduction: PRRT (177Lu-Dotatate) is a therapeutic option for advanced NETs (neuroendocrine tumours). Systemic inflammatory parameters, such as NLR, PLR, SII, and other ratios derived from complete blood counts, are considered prognostic markers in NETs and other malignancies.

Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (PNENs) remain challenging to diagnose, with limited reliable serum biomarkers available for early detection and prognostication.

#4608 A complex and rare association of neuroendocrine and endocrine neoplasms: A case report
Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) are sporadic or genetically inherited heterogenous neoplasms affecting multiple sites.

Introduction: The gut microbiome may influence neuroendocrine tumour (NET) development, particularly gastrointestinal NETs, yet data on this connection within Pakistan are limited. This study explores microbiome diversity’s role in NET progression.

Introduction: The expression of the somatostatin receptor isoform SST5TMD4 is linked to poorer prognosis in somatotropinomas, as well as in breast and thyroid cancers, and it is notably overexpressed in gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (GEP-NETs).
