#521 Cachexia in Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors: A Comparison with Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

Introduction: Patients with pancreatic cancer (pCA) have a high propensity for cachexia even in the absence of metastases. On the other hand, patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET) often maintain their weight and muscle mass for a long period of time even with liver metastases.
