#4180 Non-functional alpha-cell hyperplasia with glucagonoma: A case report

Introduction: Alpha-cell hyperplasia(ACH) is a rare pancreatic endocrine condition. Clinically, 3 types have been described: functional ACH (nonglucagonoma hyperglucagonemic glucagonoma syndrome), reactive ACH (secondary to defective glucagon signalling) and non-functional ACH. Few cases of ACH and non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET) have been reported and its aetiology remains poorly understood.

#4127 A CT-based radiomics and deep learning signature for evaluating the somatostatin receptor 2 in non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors: A multicohort, retrospective study

Introduction: The diagnosis and treatment of Non-functional Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor (NF-panNET) with unlabeled or labeled somatostatin analogues necessitate high expression of the somatostatin receptor subtype 2 (SSTR2), typically identified using PET or SPECT imaging. However, the application of PET or SPECT imaging is limited due to its low spatial resolution and unavailability in all units.

#4056 High expression of ADAM15 in non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors is associated with high-density tumor-infiltrating neutrophils and predicts poor outcome

Introduction: Non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (NF-PanNETs) displayed heterogeneous prognoses. Copy number variations (CNVs) of ADAM15 significantly increased in patients who underwent postoperative early recurrence. ADAM15 (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase 15) has been identified as a key molecule in progression and metastasis of many tumors, regulating immune infiltration. However, correlation between ADAM15 and NF-PanNETs remains unknown.
