Introduction: Liver involvement in Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (NEN) most commonly encompasses metastases from other organs or from an unknown primary. The current WHO classification defines primary hepatic NEN (PHNEN) as a distinct entity. With only few cases of PHNEN reported and difficulty to discern them from hepatic metastases, evidence on optimal management is very limited.

Introduction: High grade gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (HG-GEPNEN) comprise neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) and well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors (NETG3). These entities exhibit many differences in behaviour, prognosis and sensitivity to chemotherapy. Data about their optimal management are still scarce.

Introduction: Pulmonary carcinoids have been classically described as indolent, with treatment options largely focusing on surgical resection. However, with increasing prevalence and growing awareness, cases of advanced pulmonary carcinoids, have been reported. Due to the paucity of clinical trials, there is a lack of evidence-based systemic treatments, contributing to significant variation between guidelines and global recommendations. Ultimately, this leads to suboptimal management of patients with advanced disease.
