#3187 Primary insulinoma of the liver
Introduction: Insulinoma is a moderately rare neuroendocrine tumor which is normally located in the pancreas. There are extremely rare cases of metastatic insulinoma. We present the case of the primary insulinoma of the liver which was successfully surgical treated.

Introduction: Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) is an inherited syndrome, affecting multiple endocrine glands. Duodeno-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (DP-NET) represent the most frequent type of NET in MEN1. Their prognosis and treatment strategy is debated.

Introduction: Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) syndrome has an autosomal dominant transmission. Combination of tumors: parathyroid, pituitary and pancreatico-duodenal (PD) NETs. PD NETs in MEN1 syndrome show propensity for malignant degeneration.

Introduction: We report the case of a 54 year old female with a known MEN1 syndrome with primary Hyperparathyroidism, a Prolactinoma and a pancreatic tumor. The patient complains about episodes of fatigue and sweating, both symptoms improve immediately after a meal.
