#4252 Intra-arterial Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy in a Filipino male with predominantly hepatic metastasis in a known primary pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor

Introduction: Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) has shown positive clinical outcomes in somatostatin receptor (SSTR) overexpressing positive well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors in combination with somatostatin analogue therapy. A noted decreased progression-free survivability in the use of PRRT has been noted in larger lesions (>3cm).

#4161 177Lu-DOTATATE (177Lu) efficacy in metastatic well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors (wdNET): Differences in response according to metastases (met) location

Introduction: Treatment with 177Lu is standard of care for wdNET with high somatostatin receptor expression. Patterns of response could differ between hepatic (hep) and extrahepatic (ehep) met.

#3890 Intracardiac metastasis in well-differentiated ileal neuroendocrine tumor

Introduction: About 60% of well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors are diagnosed with metastatic disease, above all with liver involvement. The incidence of myocardial metastasis in patients with metastatic neuroendocrine tumor is less than 4%. These are mostly asymptomatic metastasis, so the diagnosis is often incidental.

#3887 Characteristics and management of high grade gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms – A Belgian retrospective analysis from the DNET & NETwerk registry

Introduction: High grade gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (HG-GEPNEN) comprise neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) and well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors (NETG3). These entities exhibit many differences in behaviour, prognosis and sensitivity to chemotherapy. Data about their optimal management are still scarce.

#3811 Multi-omic factor analysis (MOFA) of well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) from different tumor sites

Introduction: NENs are a heterogeneous family of tumors of wide anatomical distribution that share common clinical and biological traits. Although some studies have characterized the molecular landscape of specific primary locations, there is no cross-site molecular classification of NENs.
