#4170 Analysis of the efficacy of STEM chemotherapy in patients with metastatic paraganglioma
Introduction: Paraganglioma is a special kind of neuroendocrine tumor, located outside the adrenal gland, about 35-40% is related to heredity and has corresponding germline mutation. The therapeutic response is different from that of neuroendocrine tumors derived from gastrointestinal and pancreas.

Introduction: Carcinoid Heart Disease (CHD) is a component of carcinoid syndrome. Patients with mild to moderate CHD and no indication for surgical intervention receive medical management (MMCHD).

Introduction: Diagnosis of small intestinal neuroendocrine tumors (SI-NETs) is often delayed due to non-specific symptoms and lack of awareness among primary and secondary care physicians. Earlier diagnosis may lead to improved clinical and patient outcomes. Clinical prediction models using machine learning could present novel opportunities for expedited diagnosis in primary care.

Introduction: Carcinoid Heart Disease (CHD) is a complex complication of carcinoid syndrome (CS), with Surgical Valve Replacement (SVR) being its established treatment in selected patients.

Introduction: Management of patients with SI-NENs is challenging due to biological heterogeneity. Prognostication can be difficult, mostly due to a lack of reliable biomarkers.
