#4560 Genetic trajectory and clonal evolution of non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours with lymph node and liver metastasis

Introduction: The systemic spread of panNETs is dominated by lymphatic reflux and portal system, exhibiting diverse patterns of metastasis without systematical genomic investigation.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Wu J

Authors: Wu J, Peng Y, Yin L, Jiang K, Li Q,

Keywords: Pan NET, Metastasis, Whole exome sequencing, Pylogenic tree,

#4430 Long-term prognosis of parenchyma-sparing vs. oncologic resections for distal pancreatic non-functional neuroendocrine tumours ≤ 3cm: A real-world data study (CSPAC-NEN-5)

Introduction: Studies show that parenchyma-sparing resections (PSR) for small, non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NF-pNETs) provide long-term outcomes similar to oncologic resections (OR). However, these studies have not fully considered location-based differences in surgical approach and lymphatic drainage.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Li Z

Authors: Li Z, Ji S, Chen J, Xu X, Yu X,

Keywords: pancreatic neuroendocrine, parenchyma-sparing resection, recurrence-free survival,

#4379 Fully automated segmentation and lymph node metastasis prediction of non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours using deep learning

Introduction: Lymph node status is an important factor for the patients with NF-PanNETs with respect to surgical methods, prognosis, and recurrence. Our model serves as a non-invasive tool that supports clinical decision-making for precision surgical treatment in patients with NF-PanNETs.

Authors: Tang W, Chen J,

Keywords: Non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour, deep learning, fully automated segmentation, imaging Informatics,

#4327 Metastatic non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour with transformation to insulinoma shown on 68Ga-Exendin-4 PET/CT

Introduction: 68Ga-exendin-4 PET/CT imaging has been utilised for benign insulinomas. However, some reports demonstrated the absence of GLP-1R expression of malignant insulinomas.

#4318 Management of asymptomatic, sporadic, small non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours: Active surveillance or surgery? A retrospective cohort study in the SEER database

Introduction: Non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NF-PanNETs) exhibit a wide heterogeneity of aggressiveness and optimal management of asymptomatic, sporadic, small PanNETs remains controversial.
