Introduction: Cervical paragangliomas are rare, often non-secreting tumours of neuroectodermal origin. Their diagnosis can be challenging due to the variability of clinical presentations and the diagnostic tests required.

#4446 Uncommon ophthalmic presentation of a small bowel neuroendocrine tumour: Case report
Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumours (NETs), including carcinoid tumours, are slow-growing neoplasms commonly originating in the gastrointestinal tract or bronchus, but they can also arise in other sites. Due to their indolent nature, the majority of NETs are diagnosed at an advanced stage, typically to the lymph nodes, liver, or bones.

Introduction: RLT with SSA represents a treatment of choice after progression from “cold” SSA analogues in NENs. After progression from RLT, other systemic treatments are used including a salvage therapy with RLT that is increasingly proposed.

#3870 Small bowel neuroendocrine tumor with carcinoid heart disease
Introduction: Patients with neuroendocrine tumors are often misdiagnosed, at least for the first stage of the disease. In fact, carcinoid syndrome is the clinical expression of the vasoactive substances produce. Carcinoid heart disease is a hazardous and irreversible complication especially in late identified cases.

#3707 Neoadjuvant PRRT with Y-90-DOTATOC – Preliminary results from a monocentric prospective study
Introduction: Surgery is considered the only curative option in pNET but is feasible only in a minority of patients. A new possible therapeutical strategy in pNETs is preoperative Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) in order to increase the efficacy of surgery.
