Introduction: Primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) is the most common manifestation of MEN1. While Ga-68 DOTA-TOC PET/CT (GaPET) is increasingly used in this cohort for assessment of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), there are limited data on its utility in assessing parathyroid disease.

Introduction: Patients with advanced or unresectable neuroendocrine neoplasm (NENs) have limited systemic treatment modalities. Among the patients receiving peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) treatment with 177Lu-DOTATATE, a subset will require further chemotherapy in later stages. Hence, limiting radiation exposure is of paramount importance. However, there are no mid-term predictive factors for response to PRRT.

Introduction: Somatostatin receptor (SSTR) expression in metastatic lung neuroendocrine (carcinoid) tumors has not been well-characterized using modern positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. Understanding the degree and uniformity of SSTR expression is important to establish the role of SSTR-targeted treatments, including peptide receptor radiotherapy (PRRT), in lung NETs.

Introduction: WHO well differentiated grade 2 NET is large subgroup with extensive tumor heterogeneity. Both FDG and DOTA PET CT are influential in the management of NET. We determine the clinical impact of dual tracer imaging in grade 2 NET.

#3324 Elastographic localization of insulinoma
Introduction: A 15-year-old healthy female, initially admitted with less serious signs of hypoglycemia. Laboratory studies showed a glucose concentration of 1.2 mmol/l and insulin 9.6 μU/ml. Complete blood count, basal metabolic profile, activity of C - reactive protein and urine drug screen, were unremarkable. Fasting test confirmed biochemical signs of insulinoma.
