#4356 Assessment of medium- and long-term side effects of Lu-177 treatment in patients with neuroendocrine tumours

Introduction: PRRT with Lu-177 has advanced the treatment of neuroendocrine tumours (NETs), adding a valuable tool against them. This study aims to assess its long-term impact, especially on the most radio-exposed organs—kidneys and bone marrow—and the reproducibility of in vivo clinical trial results (PFS).

#4335 Late nephrotoxicity of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) and impact of selected factors – A single centre cohort study

Introduction: The most common side effect of radioligand therapy is renal damage, early or late. However, limited data exist for the long-term side effects and impact of additional risk factors on renal function in patients treated with PRRT.

#3648 Treatment preferences for somatostatin analogues in neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) among patients, clinicians and nurses in Australia

Introduction: Long-acting somatostatin analogues (LA SSAs) are commonly used as first-line treatment in low-grade pancreatic or midgut neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). Due to the long-term nature of treatment, treatment preferences should be taken into consideration. Funding for this study was provided by Ipsen.

#3552 Fatigue and quality of life in patients with neuroendocrine neoplasia

Introduction: Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (NEN) are rare tumors and health related quality of life (HRQoL) may be modulated by the disease and the accompanying carcinoid syndrome seen especially in small intestinal NENs. Further, cancer related fatigue is one of the most common side effects of cancer and its treatments and may persist for years after treatment completion.

#3494 Real-world efficacy of lutetium peptide receptor radionuclide therapy in patients with neuroendocrine tumors

Introduction: Lutetium Peptide Receptor Radio Nuclide Therapy (Lu-PRRT) is an effective treatment for progressive, metastatic, somatostatin-receptor-positive, well-differentiated Neuroendocrine Tumors (WD-NETs). It is generally well tolerated.
