#4233 Characteristics of gastric neuroendocrine tumors type 1
Introduction: Gastric neuroendocrine tumors type 1 (gNET 1) are the most prevalent among other gNET. These neoplasms demonstrate low growth rate and low malignant potential. Recent publications describe polymorphism of gNET 1, which may indicate a various course of the disease.

Introduction: In autoimmune atrophic gastritis (AAG), mucosa morpho-functional changes lead to hypo-achlorhydria, hypergastrinemia, and enterochromaffin-like (ECL) cells proliferation, escalating the risk of type I gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (gNENs). Longitudinal studies on the AAG-gNENs association are scanty.

Introduction: The incidence of type I gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (gNEN) has increased substantially over the past 50 years, although studies evaluating the association with chronic autoimmune atrophic gastritis (CAAG) in the long term have been inconsistent.

Introduction: Gastrin and chromogranin A (CgA) levels have been tested for the diagnosis of enterochromaffin-like cell hyperplasia (ECLH), in patients with type 1 diabetes and autoimmune atrophic gastritis but there are no data for patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT).

#621 Occurrence of Type 1 Gastric Carcinoid In Patients with Autoimmune Chronic Atrophic Gastritis
Introduction: The actual incidence of type1 gastric carcinoids (GC1) as a long-term complication of chronic autoimmune atrophic gastritis (CAAG) remains to be clarified as studies are few.
