Introduction: Studies show that parenchyma-sparing resections (PSR) for small, non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NF-pNETs) provide long-term outcomes similar to oncologic resections (OR). However, these studies have not fully considered location-based differences in surgical approach and lymphatic drainage.

#4416 Medicine treatment of functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour with hypercalcaemia
Introduction: Functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (F-PNETs) are capable of secreting parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTHrP), causing humoral hypercalcaemia of malignancy (HHM).

Introduction: Lymph node status is an important factor for the patients with NF-PanNETs with respect to surgical methods, prognosis, and recurrence. Our model serves as a non-invasive tool that supports clinical decision-making for precision surgical treatment in patients with NF-PanNETs.

Introduction: 68Ga-exendin-4 PET/CT imaging has been utilised for benign insulinomas. However, some reports demonstrated the absence of GLP-1R expression of malignant insulinomas.
